The following terms and conditions apply to all tour bookings.
Private and Group tours may include additional and specific conditions.
Booking cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the commencement of the tour receive a refund less an administration fee of 25%. Booking cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour commencing will forfeit the cost of the tour. Refunds cannot be issued to those failing to arrive at the meeting place in time for the tour’s departure.
We require a minimum of two participants for our tours to operate. If the minimum numbers are not met, we will offer you an alternative date. If this is not suitable to you, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or a tour voucher that is valid for six months.
Melbourne By Foot operates in nearly all weather conditions. Melbourne has a reputation for experiencing ”all four seasons in one day”. Please check the weather the day prior to the tour and prepare appropriately. Comfortable shoes and a bottle of water are essential. A hat and sunscreen are particularly useful in the warmer months and a small umbrella if rain is forecast. In extreme weather conditions, Melbourne By Foot reserves the right to cancel the tour. If the tour is cancelled under these circumstances or due to other factors a full refund will be provided to participants.
Melbourne By Foot is covered by public liability insurance in the hope that the policy will not need to be used. Whilst the utmost care is taken regarding health and safety, Melbourne By Foot cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage encountered by participants on the tour. Please inform your guide of any pre-existing conditions which may affect you/your enjoyment of the tour.
